This week Roll Call ends and everyone’s getting fired up, in more ways than one.
Creator’s Note: Both of these characters (Jones and Sanchez) were created based on numerous girls I’ve worked with over the years. Smart, Tough and sexy as all get out. Now that I wrote that I must say the each character that I’ve created for the strip is based on a collection of people I’ve known with the exception of Willie. Art always imitates some part of reality in some way.
On another note if you’re are in the Kansas City area next weekend, stop by the Overland Park Convention center. Planet Comicon will be going on and P.I.G. Tales will be there. Come by our booth and say hi. I’d love to meet everyone who is reading the strip. Also I’ll be there doing sketches of P.I.G. Tales characters and maybe some other cartoon characters too.
On a final note I’m going to San Diego this weekend. I’ve been anticipating this trip for a while. It’s not a cartoon oriented trip, but rather a short vacation. I don’t go on vacation very often. Probably should do it more.

We now have T-Shirts available. The t-shirts are a 50/50 blend, are black in color and sport the P.I.G. Tales Logo on the front, and the web address on the back. Currently I have the following adult sizes available: Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, and the Double XL. One of these classy shirts can be yours for a mere $13.00 plus shipping. Roll Call ends abruptly this week. It’s not too uncommon to have a Roll Call where something like this happens. Roll Call mostly should be completed pretty quickly unless there’s some kind of training or something that has to be done. But sometimes crime happens and everyone gets kicked into high gear.

Hello Everyone,
Roll Call Continues as our group of crime fighters begin to identify whose doing bad things in their area.
Roll Calls can be very entertaining. Members making jokes and having fun. Aside from that there is always business that has to be addressed. This includes assignments for each officer, discussing crime problems in the area, and all sorts of announcements.
In other news…
T-shirts are coming soon. We should have our first shipment next week. We’re also looking at getting pigtales coffee cups. Please send me a note if you’d be interested in one. Also, we are going to be attending Planet
Comicon in Overland Park during the first weekend of April. Come by and say hi.

This week the squad begins to come together.
The new website is up and running. The Store and the About page will be coming together later this month.
You can now leave comments on each strip and blog post. Just click on the word comments and a window will open up.
We now have an Archive section that allows for faster searches through previous episodes.
Another very cool feature is the new Subscribe feature. If you can use RSS feeds with your browser or email software this will send you the new strip and blog/news postings automatically when they’re updated.
