Narrator: "When the Police conduct a Knock and Talk it is usually an instance where there isn't any probable cause to enter the residence and there isn't a search warrant."
Narrator: "However, if the residents who open the door for the police happen to have warrants and the officers know that these warrants exists... the police can go into the residence and arrest them."
